【摘要】文章综述了毛冬青在心血管、脑组织保护、抗炎免疫等方面的药理研究进展。毛冬青具有降压、抗凝及对脑组织缺血、缺氧损伤的保护等多方面的作用，毛冬青对急慢性炎症有良好疗效，具有较好的抗炎作用，同时对机体免疫功能有一定的调节作用。提示毛冬青主要用于心脑血管疾病的治疗，在临床上具有广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】This paper reviewed the progress of the pharmacological effects of Ilex phescens used in cardiovascular, brain protection, anti-inflammatory immune and so on. Ilex phescens showed good activities in lower blood pressure, anticoagulant and protection of hypoxic or ischemic brain damage. It could treat acute or chronic verifications, and regulate the immune function. These hint us Ilex phescens could be wildly used in clinic for the therapy of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
