【摘要】 基于个人临床实践的点滴感悟，从治其未生、未成、未发、未传和未变等方面，对中医“治未病”在防治疾病中的作用进行了归纳、探讨。说明中医“治未病”的理念不仅限于预防医学方面，而且对中医学临床同样也有重要的指导价值。

   【Abstract】 On the basis of personal clinical practice, the roles of TCM's “prevention of disease”in treatment and prevention were summarized and discussed from the perspective of treating diseases which had not generated, come into being, transmitted and changed. It was illustrated that TCM’s ideas of “prevention of diseases” were not only confined to preventive medicine, but they also had crucial valuable implications for clinical medicine.

    “上工治未病”、“圣人不治已病治未病”，这是我国中医先贤率先提出防治疾病的先进理念，具有极其超前的认识，成为后世医家的圭臬。当前世界医学，已经从单一的生物医学模式，转变为生物—社会—心理医学模式，为“治未病”开辟了广阔的空间，我们理应与时俱进，在实践中开拓创新，为人类健康服务。（前言）
